A humble bow to the plants, to the waters, to the cosmos, to the land. We follow them because they are our guides + we ground ourselves in their healing frequency. Those that exist in that frequency are the medicine keepers. They carry Mother Earth's medicine deep inside. This is the path of reclaiming + remembering.
